Η απίστευτη μεταμόρφωση 15 γυναικών -Eχασαν πάνω από 20 κιλά και άλλαξε η ζωή τους

Δυσκολεύεσαι να ακολουθήσεις μια δίαιτα σε καθημερινή βάση; Θέλεις να χάσεις βάρος, αλλά μετά από λίγο καιρό τα παρατάς επειδή δεν βλέπεις αποτέλεσματα;

Μην απελπίζεσαι! Κανείς δεν είπε ότι η απώλεια βάρους είναι εύκολη υπόθεση. Θέλει πειθαρχία, υπομονή και συνέπεια.

Πάντα σου φταίει κάτι, η ώρα, η κούραση, η δουλειά, το πρόγραμμά σου, γι’ αυτό δεν βρίσκεις την ιδανική μέρα για να αρχίσεις δίαιτα.

Ολο λες θα αρχίσεις από Δευτέρα, αλλά τελικά πολλές Δευτέρες πέρασαν κι καμία εξέλιξη στον αγώνα σου για να χάσεις τα κιλά που επιθυμείς. Για να νιώσεις καλύτερα με τον εαυτό σου, να φορέσεις τα ρούχα που πάντα ήθελες και να σου φτιάξει η διάθεση.

Η σωστή δίαιτα δεν σημαίνει μεγάλες στερήσεις, αλλά πιο σωστός σχεδιασμός. Θέλει μια ισορροπημένη διατροφή σε συνδυασμό με άσκηση και πολύ νερό.

15 γυναίκες το κατάφεραν και η μεταμόρφωσή τους είναι εντυπωσιακή. Δεν στερήθηκαν πολλά, απλά είχαν υπονομή και συνέχισαν τον αγώνα τους.

Για όλες εκείνες τις μητέρες που αισθάνονται τόσο κουρασμένες και δεν έχουν χρόνο για τον εαυτό τους. Δεν έχουν χρόνο να πάνε στο γυμναστήριο, ούτε να μπουν σε ένα πρόγραμμα αυστηρής διατροφής.

Αυτές οι 15 γυναίκες σε προτρέπουν να μην τα παρατήσεις και να φερθείς όμορφα στον εαυτό σου, γιατί το αξίζεις.

Συχνά οι άνθρωποι χάνουν την αυτοπεποίθησή τους σκεπτόμενοι τον αριθμό που δείχνει η ζυγαριά τους. Πιστεύουν πως αυτός σχετίζεται με την ομορφιά και το κατά πόσο είναι αποδεκτοί από τους άλλους.

Ωστόσο, κάτι τέτοιο δεν ισχύει.

Οι περιπτώσεις των παρακάτων γυναικών δεν είναι μοναδικές, ούτε αποτελούν εξαίρεση. Οι γυναίκες αυτές αποφάσισαν να αλλάξουν τη ζωή τους και τις διατροφικές τους συνήθειες για να νιώσουν καλύτερα με το σώμα τους και κατ' επέκταση με τον εαυτό τους.

As much as you’re going to go through a physical change throughout your weight-loss journey, you also go through mental change as well. Quite honestly, the body dysmorphia is real!!! To be honest, in my mind I’ve always looked like the “after” photo. And now that the “after” is the current, whenever someone takes a photo of me I’m prepared for it to look like the before. It’s just one of those things that you just gotta train your brain/mind to adjust to as well....cause we ain’t done!!! I’m gonna need some “after the after” pics. . . “Before” photo was taken in February, already down 20. “After” was taken this week.

Here's your weekly #transformationtuesday. Left is from May and right is from a few days ago. There's only about a 15 pound difference, but oh my has my belly shrunk. I've been noticing lately too, that even tho I haven't lost any weight in almost 2 months (literally been up and down the same one pound), my belt has been getting looser. Some days I see the change and some days I still feel like the same person. It's just the process and the journey that I'm still getting used to all the time. And when my weight fluctuates by a couple pounds I completely lose it to be honest, it's extremely stressful and difficult some days and other days it seems like second nature. but one thing is certain the difference between this time and all the other times is that I'm not giving up and I'm not quitting a bad day doesn't mean that you failed a cheat meal doesn't mean that you've destroyed your diet it means that you're human. Slowly but surely is what I keep saying and I'm working on getting there each and every day I will say something though, I noticed that I was posting a lot and so I felt like I was being obnoxious. so I stopped but I realized that as soon as I cut back on that, I actually cut back on myself and goals as well. In honor of the weather FINALLY cooling down in Florida, this #transformationtuesday is cold weather wear edition! The photo on the left is from April 10th of this year & I was celebrating losing 30 pounds. The right is today at 80 pounds lost! 50 pound difference between these photos. Those Jeans were a size 18, these are an 8. That jacket was an XL, this is medium. Just keep going friends. It will be SO worth it. When I initially took the picture on the right I was happy because I didn’t feel enormous. Then I took a I longer look and began to pick it apart. My booty isn’t round. My stomach isn’t flat. My arms aren’t small. • I was going to delete the picture, but for some reason I didn’t. Then I came across the picture on the left and I see it now. Progress so far the far left was taken right after my highest weigh in at about 240lbs in 2013, the center was my lowest when I started getting sick and dropped to 135lbs around 2015-16 and the right is me now at 163lbs in 2018. Why I don't believe in meal plans Raise your hand if you were able to lose weight, only to gain some, all, or more back. Me! ‍♀️ There were reasons. A lot of new medications, which in turn lead to falling back into some not so great habits. But it happened none the less, and in reality, there are always reasons. When people diet. When they follow strict rules about what to eat, and even more so what not to eat, we tend to put an end date on it. After that date, it becomes a free for all. You go back to what you were doing before because you don't have to follow the rules anymore. Nothing has actually changed. By working to change my habits, the choices I make most regularly, I was able to keep the weight gain to a minimum, and gain back control quickly. Different things work for different people. You may work best completely avoiding chocolate because it triggers something inside you, the other person may do really well eating Keto because they feel good and their body functions well. But using the principles of different 'diets' to design a sustainable lifestyle, that you don't feel like you are failing at every time you choose to eat something 'off plan' is going to be your best bet. There is no one size fits all for nutrition. There is no best diet for weightloss. Quick fixes very rarely last. I'm not saying a diet or menu plan can't be helpful. Depending on how you use it it can be exactly what you need. But if you are following a diet to lose 20 pounds, without making any effort to see what your life looks like beyond that 20 pounds, the weightloss will not last. Hopefully that makes sense. My job is to help my clients find food that helps them feel good, function well, and look they way they want to look. Not just give them a meal plan to follow for 3 months to just have no idea what to do after that. #nutritioniskey #traintotransform #diets
